Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical Counselors. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. The couple has three children.
